Sometimes I sketch, therefore I am

Sometimes I Sketch Therefore I Am is a book of drawings, doodles, and visual impressions developed through a stream-of-consciousness approach to drawing. Each page captures spontaneous thoughts translated into quick sketches, allowing intuition rather than planning to guide the process. The publication explores themes of identity and self-awareness through an accumulation of images rather than a linear narrative. The sequence follows associative and visual relationships rather than chronology, allowing each page to function independently while contributing to a broader introspective reflection.
I developed the project independently from concept to completion, including illustration, editorial design, and book production. The drawings were created through an intuitive doodling process, while the publication was designed to reflect the open and non-linear nature of the work. The book intentionally avoids page numbers, allowing readers to open it at any point and engage with the drawings without a predetermined order. Typography was selected to reinforce the informal and sketch-like quality of the project, supporting the playful and spontaneous character of the content.
